PT9 Score printing problem
I'm so excited to finally have the ability to print out charts, but I can't seem to print Score properly. Each print has this huge 3 inch margin at the top, then the chart gets cut off at the bottom.
I have tried setting my top margin to 0. Doesn't help. Can't seem to get a whole page printed on a whole piece of paper. Printer is networked on home wireless system. Any suggestions? Thanks, Eddie |

Re: PT9 Score printing problem
Can you "print" to a PDF? Then print that?

Re: PT9 Score printing problem
Thanks, dearon80. That's a little better, but it still leaves a large margin at the top and cuts off the last staff on the page. Still not acceptable results. Any other suggestions?

Re: PT9 Score printing problem
I'll answer my own question for future reference.
It is important to make sure the default paper size/page size is set correctly in all three of these places: - PT Score Setup dialog - Mac OS print preferences dialog - your printer's paper allocation dialog. In my case I was printing to US Letter paper (11 x 8.5") but PT was trying to format the page in US Legal (14 x 8.5") Setting all these preferences in advance is the only way to avoid printing weirdness. Thanks again! Eddie |
