Default No new products available in my account after purchase

Hi guys,
after purchasing (for the second time) a Pro Tools 1-year EDU subscription, there are no new products in my avid account and any new licence in my ilok account.

Already opened 2 (!) cases because first technical suggestion didn’t work, so I’m waiting someone at tech support that can fix this issue.

In the meantime, has anybody had the same issue? How have you fixed it?

Is it possible I am the only one having this issue???

One moth has gone from first purchase, and one week from the second one, after having received a refund from customer support.

I’ve received only payment confirmation mail from PayPal.
From Avid I’ve received anything yet:
No order confirmation mail
No order number
No product in my Avid account
No license in my ilok account.

What’s goin’ on, Avid???

Please give me my products and my license!

Just a guess but maybe email address mismatch?

They told It could be, but I’ve never placed an order specifying the mail I don’t use
