Default Export Selected Tracks as New Session PT 7-9

I love the export selected tracks as new session command, but I really really wish it would allow me to do this into a Pro Tools 7-9 session.

If you select Pro Tools 7-9 session, the export selected tracks grays out as an option. I wonder if this is a bug or if there is a reason for that. It just means that you have to export the session twice to get to Pro Tools 7-9 with selected tracks.
