Changing subscription
I purchased the wrong product. I got the Pro Tools Studio instead of Artist (the Artist was not an option in the drop-down menu for renewal).
How can I change to Pro Tools Artist 1-Year Subscription, Paid Upfront? I have not yet downloaded or activated what I purchased yesterday. Help with that would be extremely appreciated. I'd love to get back to work with Pro Tools :) Many thanks!
