Does the HDX PT10 ilok license include 9HD bundle?

I upgraded PT9HD to PT10HD, and have another PT9HD that was an upgrade from PT8HD, so I know both ilok licenses I have are bundles, thank you very much.

But my question is for someone trading in an HD3 (or whatever) on an HDX card, do they receive only 10.1 HD, or do they receive the PT10HD/PT10/PT9HD/PT9 ilok license bundle?

Same question if someone trades in a core card on the Avid Native card. Is the ilok license PT10HD only? Or the bundle, including PT9HD, etc.?

When you do the tradeins, you receive a brand new product package, the same as if you bought one brand new. You will still register the cards and software in your name, and receive the upgrade to whatever version is current. So you will get the bundle license. The automated Avid system doesn't know or care how you bought it.
