Strange Digital Noise Mixing 5.1 with TDM 6.4.1OSX

hi, if anyone can help me
im mixing 35 channels 5.1 on a mac 1.25 single procesor, Ram 1 giga, TDM system, and after play a few minutes, it appears a strange noise, like digital noise. Is possible that im a little short in the ram?, checking cpu usage, is ok, no more than 40 %.
