According to their Confidentiality Notice me thinks you weren't supposed to post that
 In regards to Air, I just received a email from PayPal reimbursing me for the incomplete set of discs that I had purchased from AIR when I did my upgrade. On top of that the discs I did receive were so scratched from not being package in individual sleeves that they were non readable. No matter how good the software is, I think I'm done with them.

Did the reimbursement for the disks occur as a result of you requesting it or did it arrive out of the blue?
