Default 12.3 clip gain crash

I'm getting repeated crash's while adjusting clip gain with my Kensington track ball. I've had 4 crash's so far today. Anybody else with a Kensington Expert mouse that can try this? My usual way of adjusting clip gain is to hold down shift+control and adjust the gain with the scroll ring. It's became second nature to me and I've never had an issue with it till now. Between last night and today I've had it happen at least 8 times.

Hey Dankin

Just tried with our mouse on OSX 10.8.5 and Yosemite on a nMP and works like it usually does.

This is the mouse (mice) we use when we edit, Did quite a few edits but no crashes or weirdness here. Used the scroll wheel extensively to see if that made any difference but it didn't.

Sorry to hear this and hopefully you will find the culprit

I just found there was a newer version of mouse works than what I had installed, so I updated that. Hopefully that fix's it. If it does it again, I'll unplug it and try my apple mouse.

I've had crashes when I tried turning up a clip more than 12dB. Just put it down to another one of those things.
