Where all interfaces are treated equally and a DAW world, where even the lowly and disenfranchised among us like AVID HD interfaces, can actually get the opportunity to use CoreAudio to play third party audio using a more modern OSX like Yosemite or who knows maybe one day even EL Cap. Yes brothers and sisters we shall overcome one day.

Solved the issue!

By picking up a UAD Apollo. Works perfectly in PT and Logic. Sigh.

Will now look to sell the Avid interface.

I came from an Apollo, I didn't want to deal with 2 eco systems anymore.

I wanna run my dang HP mixes from my PT Mixer and I don't want Apollo latency, or compensation

I just need avid to fix their products to work with core audio, sooner not later.

For goodness sakes- release 12.4.1 with this fix already

Release 12.5 with all the new bells and whistles later when it's really ready
