Error -39 when opening a file..
I'm getting a "Logical end of file reached (-39) when opening "So Your In Love".pts".
I've had this problem before when copying files from my backup drive, but now it's happened to all my copies of this song. Is there anything I can do to fix this? Or should I make a new session and import all the data from this session, if I can even do that? Thanks for your help.

Have you tried the 'Import Session Data' yet? It may just be a single corrupted audio file - if you import tracks one by one you should be able to narrow down which track is causing the problem. |

I tried this yesterday. I created a new session, and tried importing the session data from the "corrupted" session and it gave me the same error when choosing the session to import data from.
I can't seem to open the song at all, or import it's data to a new session. I'll try importing the audio tracks into a new session tomorrow, instead of importing the session data. Hopefully it's just an audio track and I have a good copy of it Thanks. I'll report back Friday

Well..it's not the audio files. I imported all of them into a new session and it worked fine. I could play them all without a problem.
I also tried opening all the session file backups without success. I got different error messages one some of them. There's 22 of them, and some gave me the -39 error. Some gave me some error about rewire verification, and some gave me a -600 error and crashed Pro-Tools. There is a "recover.pts" file I tried to open too... got a -39 on that one. Any thoughts?
