uso de referencias en protools 10

Hola, me gustaría saber cómo conmutar entre mi sesión y una pista de referencia en protools 10, ya que, me han dicho en este mismo foro (pero en inglés), que solo se puede en protools HD, usar la I (de input) para ello.
