Have you submitted a ticket yet to Digi? Their Tech Dept is usually pretty good about things, and if your 003 is new, you should get prompt assistance..
They may have a suggestion or three that we're not privy to. Sorry you're having such a hard time with it.. The 003 is really a nice solution... Not as nice as the 004, but they won't release that yet...  Peace!
