License problems with iLok License Manager

If it can help, I had the crazy idea to install the software this morning and went through hell for half an hour.
I couldn't sign in (the progression bar seemed stuck) and, after a while, I was having the same message you have (check internet connection or firewalls blahblahblah).
I don't use Firewalls and was sure my connection was working (my browser could connect without problem).
I had to try something like 4 times before I finally could sign in and re-synchronize my iLoks (for half an hour or more, all of my licences were gone, including PTHD10!) but this took forever and is quite stressing considering it's monday and I have a busy week ahead.

now as in today. I just logged back in and its still working fine for me.

I need to transfer some licenses but I daren't log in and sync just incase I lose something or can't start my PT I have sessions this week as well

Yes, there is no grace period from what I have heard. So just be careful (as you should be anyway) when registering so you sync to the correct account.

You can still do transfers, you can do them right from the manager in fact.
