Default Single Channel ATTO?

Anyone know if the cheaper single channel ATTO Express UW card can be used with ProTools 24 Mix on a G4 500 MP?

Default Re: Single Channel ATTO?

You should have no problem. Most dual channel users run drives on one bus and CD burner/tape backup on the other. It's better not to mix the two. They can split drives across the two buses(for high track counts), but it seem that most don't need the performance increase.

Remember: sync rate 20/10, burst 32. Look for fast access time in a drive.
