TL Metro in Pro Tools

I am using TL Metro for a session today. I am in Tempo/Transport mode and it is adding a blank quarter note space before the click kiks in on the one. If I go to transport only it starts on the one just fine. How do I alter this? Is it a preference that I am missing? I RTFM and cannot figure.

Any help much appreciated.
