Keep having to re-apply license

Hello,
When I leave Sibelius Artist open and idle for more than a few hours or maybe a day, when I return to it, I get a popup saying that the license is not active and that I should open Avid Link to apply the license. But this doesn't work. Avid shows that the license is active but I can't escape the popup and continue working unless I restart Sibelius, at which point it's active again. How do I resolve this? It's annoying to have paid for a product and then have to jump through this hoop every day.
