Default Your favorite compression settings for vocals

So let's say that you're working with an inexperienced vocalist who doesn't know when to move with the dynamics of his voice. Needless to say, the levels are all over the place. What are your favorite compressors to use and what are the settings you prefer? Right now I like Rcomp because it's easy to use and you can get solid comp and limits from it.

By the way, I'm assuming that these vocals are run dry into something like an mbox or an 002 without pre-digi compression.
