Problem Re-installing MP 9

Hi
I'm having problems re-installing ProTools MP 9 on a new computer after the old computer died. I'm using Mac OSX 10.7.4.

No hardware problem (Fast Track C400) but software installation has failed twice, towards the end of the process when the "..package.." message shows.

I can't see how, but could the problem be because I stupidly tried to re-register (and failed) after forgetting I had already registered?

Any thoughts?
