You can reinstate an expired upgrade plan at any time by purchasing a Pro Tools Upgrade Reinstatement Plan for $299, but the complimentary year of upgrades offer is only available if you activate your plan between December 8-31, 2016. Plan renewals are just $99/year thereafter.
Renewals extend the plan 1 year from original expiration, you don't lose any time by renewing early. Your Order History shows a Pro Tools Upgrade Plan purchased 11/28/2015 (which is also reflected by the product in your Avid account) so that's when your Plan started. You renewed that on 12/13/2016 (within the grace period for your original plan) so your Avid account is correct when it shows "Time Period: Nov 28, 2015 - to - Nov 27, 2017" for your Pro Tools Annual Upgrade Plan.
Jeffro- I'm confused here. Is the reinstatement fee for HD 299.00?

No, that's for Pro Tools which is what Park was posting about. See the Pro Tools 12 Software page for options (including HD).

Default Get Current, Get Ahead with Support Plans, too!

I bought my Pro Tools 12 license in April 2015, with Standard Support from Dec 30, 2014 to Mar 31, 2016.
Paid extra for the Annual Upgrade Plan in 2016, “to stay current” to Mar 31, 2017.

Bugs:
I’m still waiting to install PT12 – it’s fantastic to read here that 12.6.1 has “almost nailed it”.

If 12.6.2 (or 12.7) is released “soon” and gets the OK from DUC Members, I’m “in”.

I’ve already paid for 2 years of Standard Support for a product that appeared to fail to deliver its advertised performance and features.

Many here are soon faced with paying a 3rd year of Standard Support - some are due end of Dec 2016, others end of Mar 2017.

It would certainly restore my faith in Avid, if I read here:

“Merry Christmas everyone – big thanks for helping us make Pro Tools 12 the best!
We’d like to acknowledge your support by offering One Year’s free Standard Support for all those who have already paid for it twice.
Best wishes to all for a top 2017!”

PS - thanks Jeffro, you're the best support yet.
Wish everybody cared as much as you do - (Quality Control Quickly!)

Thanks for the link. Is there ANY schedule on bug fixes or possible 'new' features? After owning and using ProTools HD for close to 20 years, owning several Digi/Avid interfaces, ProControl and now other Avid controllers, I am starting to feel totally taken advantage of for BEING an HD user. I think Avid should consider a rebate for HD users in 2017 and hopefully Avid will get back on track with bug fixes and moving forward with ProTools.

Did you get this sorted? I had the same issue, and then I noticed there is an activation code at the bottom of your product download page to extend the license for the additional year. You just click on the "renew license" link on your product download page, and then paste the code into the space, and it did indeed add another year to my license.

I already have 12.6.1. If I renew my Annual Upgrade Plan now will I get an extra year?

Yes. Renewing an Upgrade Plan extends your plan by a year (so you'll continue to receive software releases) and updates the Release Limit date on your Perpetual license/bundle to coincide with your Plan's end date.
