No Eleven Free

I cannot find Eleven Free on the Pro Tools interface... the guide keeps saying that it should have been downloaded in the "Free plug-ins" part of the installation but it seems like I have everything else including sansamp psa 1... Any suggestions? I may try to reinstall...
