Default Re: PT 6.0 ???

I understand why people are frustrated. But, they should understand that their complaining wont magically render PT 6 a finished product. The software will be released when it is finished. They are not manufactruing brillo pads here, this is software, and trust me you are better off using a finished piece of software instead of a "work in progress".
And I am not mindlessly backing up digi either. They should be supportying rewire and at this point VSt . But, as for PT6, its fairly obvious,no matter what you say, that wont change the fact that its going to be released when it is finished. Your complaining will not hasten the process.

Hi,

Digi is at the mercy of Apple.

Core Audio just became really usable in 10.2.2
So if core audio is broken how do you expect Digi to get things working?

Well the salt keeps coming...

if you get the Tape Op magazine you will see a nice ad. from audiomidi.com featuring Protools! there is the slight misconception when you see the add that Protools 6.0 is shipping.

that along with the home page of digi patting itself on the back for the awards of 6.0 makes me think they are the first company to successfully produce vapor-ware! when oh when?

of course i am hoping that when this is released on the masses that midi will get alot easier

even though i am not a techno type of producer i do use it for flavoring of tracks and it is not fun now.

please digi soon i got the shakes
