Default I can\'t download 5.1.1, ser# not recognized

I tried to download the updater,
when I fill out the form it says my serial # is not in the database.

I got my 5.1 disk in the mail from digi, but I dont remember there being a new serial #. I think i used the same serial # from my orignal quick start guide.

Am I wrong? does anybody remember getting a new serial # with there 5.0 to 5.1 disk from digi?
If there was one I lost it.
I have a email in to cust support but I figured I'd get a faster responce from the DUC.

The DUC rules!!!

Yeah, you should have gotten a new serial # when you got 5.1. Contact Digi, they should be able to get you straightened out.

Hi Theom,

As far as I know, you should have received a replacement "Digi001 Quick Start Guide" when you received the v5.1 disk in the mail. Check the inside cover of this guide for the 5.1 serial number.

Hope you get it sorted soon!

I had trouble too...make sure you type it in exactly as it looks on your manual. It is case sensitive. Even when I thought I typed it in right three times in a row, it didn't work. After retrying a fourth time it worked!
