It's not just Avid's "My Products"...what you see after you renew a perpetual support plan on iLok.com or iLok License Manager is confusing as well.

I've had Pro Tools Standard perpetual since Pro Tools 10, and have kept my support plans current ever since. When the price was still $99/year, I purchased a few years in advance, which took me through to 1/2022. So this is my first support plan upgrade at $199.

Purchased it today, since it's due to expire on 1/12/22. Opened iLok manager, and see what you'll see in my attached screenshot. Look at that cacophony of licenses. And it looks as though I actually have access to Pro Tools Ultimate, given the "Pro Tools Ultimate Perpetual Bundle" is in there. (I know I don't.).

Then "Pro Tools Plan" is automatically expired and unavailable, which gave me panics and sent me searching here for clarity (which I think I have now.)

What to deactivate/clean up? Guess I'll just leave everything active just to be safe. And now I need to be aware of "Release Limits" instead of "Expiration Dates"? Do I need to refresh anything in iLok on or after 1/12/22?

It's all a confusing mess to me. At least there's a very clear support plan expiration date of 1/12/23 in My Account...
