Default Low latency

I've jst upgraded to 7.0 and i forgot that some things were switched around and i don't know how to turn off the latency anymore, i use to just mute the track i was recording now when i mute it i can't hear myself at all. I know theres a low latency setting i just can't find it.PLEASE HELP!!!

Go to options and uncheck low latency monitoring.
