Why is track list and region views suddenly gone?

Can someone tell me how to restore my track views and regions? I don't know what command I must have hit, but everything except my click track has disappeared from my Edit Window. Ironically (and I'm hoping this is a good thing), my entire Regions List is still intact. I need to know that I have not lost the last few important takes from my session. I had done a Save but a lot more was recorded after that. Please someone tell me that it's all still there somewhere and I can restore the normal views. I am purposely not Saving anything yet for fear of losing all my recently recorded data. Help!

Click the tracks/groups list button in the lower left corner of the Edit/Mix window. Looks like double arrows.

No luck unless I'm not hitting the right button. Let me clarify that I actually do see the Tracks List. It's just that there is nothing there except my Click Track. All my Regions are still showing up on the Regions List.

Have you tried to open a backup session (if you have Auto backup enabled)? Sounds like you've deleted the tracks?

I tried to open a back up session. I noticed that the backup preferences were set to only keep the most recent 10 takes and to backup every 5 minutes. Unfortunately, it shows the oldest backup at 6:30 p.m. but my last few takes were recorded around 5:00 p.m. It looks like I may have to painstakingly move regions one by one until I re-construct the original recording unless someone in this list has another suggestion. For now, I've changed my preferences to keep my 20 most recent backups just in the case for future.

You'll have some use of the spot function here, I wager.

If your tracks are in the region window, but not in the session window, you may have "hidden" the tracks by accident. Right click on the tracks in the region window and select "show and make active."

If you go in to spot mode, drag the regions on to a track. From the dialogue press the little arrow next to use original time stamp. This will spot the regions to there original location.
