S3 Bottom Left Buttons not working after update

Hi All, I just updated to the latest update and now my bottom left buttons no longer work (Control, Shift, Alt, Command). I use these all the time!

Everything else works fine, though I had to set up a few key commands again.

Any ideas please? I can't find these buttons anywhere in the Eucon Config.
