iMac 20" intel dual

i am currently a PC user... but i really fell in love with those nice iMacs though!!

Can someone tell me how much tracks and plugs you get out of a iMac Intel/2,0Ghz 20''

and how much less power does the 1.83 actually have?

does anyone know if mac plans on getting the new intel core2 duo in iMacs?

any help would be greatly appreciated.

id like the answer my self..............my friend is putting his studio together and were between a sweetwtare creation station and one of the imacs.......

There are rumours of Intel core 2 duo MacBooks and MacBook Pros as early as September.

I have seen mention of possible Core 2 duo IMacs on this site, so it’s worth keeping a watch there or maybe posting a question.

Several people are asking the same question about Core 2 IMacs at:

thanks a lot...

i just would like to know. coz at the end of the day its a lot of money and if i have to wait for afew months more for a better CPU(and also having saved more and not use alll my savings) i'll do that...

after all i id bought a g5 iMaC and then the intel arrives so powerful i would be disapointed
