Interfacing of MacBook Pro with FWx
Aight, I have a new MacBook Pro with just a Firewire 800 port. What is the correct wiring procedures for it and a Glyph PortaGig drive with F/W 800? Would it be:
VENUE > HDD > Then Mac? I have a F/W 400 to 800 Cable I was going to employ for this situation.

It works for a little bit, but then stops and says "decrease H/W buffer size" (or something a long that line) No matter where the H/W buffer size is set, it still fails. Any ideas?
