I wish they would make it. It is years late which frankly makes me wonder why. I've been encoding in DTS 5.1 and using A.pack, and having to say goodbye to dolbys plugin in because the surround tools is STILL not updated to PLII. They have no excuse and it is pretty poor development on their part to leave is users still sitting....

Minnetonka makes a PLII encoder plug-in for Pro Tools. I saw it at AES last month.

I have the MInnetonka PLII stand alone program but I didn't know they had a plug in..
Their stand alone application is kind of a pain to use. I've been using SRS Circle Surround and like it alot but I had heard rumors that Dolby was updating their surround tools to PLII.

I cannot find the plug-in on Minnetonka's website but I swear I saw it at AES. It was running on an LE system (I think) at the Dolby booth.
