Updated Today and guess what I noticed
So I bit the bullet and upgraded 2 licenses today, March 31st, because my last upgrades expire today. I did the software upgrade annual renewal only, not the support and plug in renewal, since I never used the "support" that I paid for the last time I was forced to buy to stay current. After activating, I noticed all was good on both licenses except: support expires Dec. 30, 2016! Uh, Hello? Though I just bought software upgrades for A YEAR, not until a day before the end of this year. Anyone else notice this on their account if they upgraded recently? Hopefully this is corrected soon to give me a full year of upgrades instead of 9 months, which is what I paid for.

Re: Updated Today and guess what I noticed
You are correct, your plans started in Dec 2014 which took you through Mar 31, 2016. Your renewals should take you through Mar 31, 2017.
We'll make sure this gets fixed... and thank you for renewing!

Re: Updated Today and guess what I noticed
Thanks Jeffro! I know things can get wonky when you probably have a lot of people upgrading today. I'm sure the next few days will be fun filled on your end . Anyway, thanks again for your quick response and hopeful resolution! YOU should be the CEO
