Lost download
After some difficulty concerning my Mbox system needing to be re-installed, I realized my MP3 option no longer worked either. My digidesign account shows it having been purchased, but I can no longer find a trace of it on my computer. Do I have to re-purchase it again? And if so can I get a hard copy in case this happens again?

The option is installed with the Pro Tools software. All you purchased was the authorization to use it. You do not need to purchase the option again.
To re-install the MP3 Option, rerun the Pro Tools installer and make sure the box next to the MP3 option is checked along with all the rest of the options you need.

You can also go to Start Menu > Control Panel > Add/Remove Programs and do a Modify Installation of Pro Tools and add the MP3 Option/Codec Update.
