CPU spikes and delayed tracks with no plug ins

I´m trying to mix a record in PT 12.4

Switched back from 12.5.2 to 12.4
because of massive CPU spikes and to avoid the pointless Cloud thing

Oh, you have to contact Avid support to get an older installer !!! .. what ?

Tracking on PT HD TDM 10.3
32 Inputs to a console

Importing 48 tracks to 12.4 native

suddenly i have " Ghost delay tracks " .. no plug ins !

CPU spikes again .. 9173 errors , on a 6 core Mac Pro , 24 GB Ram, 4 SSD drives

try downgrading to 10.10.5,El Capitan is probably your problem.
It was for me .
Yosemite and 12.5.2 is working

I installed Yosemite + PT 12.4 to a free partion

A little bit better, but there is a major problem with HEAT !
HEAT set to POST, even worse in PRE

Tested with OSX 10.11.3 ( PT 12.4 + 12.5.2 ) and OSX 10.10.5 ( PT 12.4 )
