Default MP3 Error Message

When I try to bounce to disk using the MP3 option, I receive the following error message:

The MP3 option cannot be enabled because: Module initialization failed for MP3.bundle. The MP3 demo period may have expired.

I've Googled and tried everything Avid & users have suggested including:
1) Trashing the folder MP3 @ Applications>Digidesign>Pro Tools>Codecs >MP3
This folder does have the MP3.bundle in it! Then I have downloaded the MP3 Option from Avid at
avid.force.com/pkb/articles/en_US/download/en357165
and reinstalled. No luck!

2) I purchased a new license from Avid and put it in my iLok. No luck.
3) I removed all MP3 licenses from my iLok. No luck.

I'm at a loss. I know that PT 10 should just naturally come with/and allow MP3 exporting. Please help??
