Technically, yes, you could use it with other DAWs - you would just be using it as you would any other outboard processor and control it from it's front panel.
The input to output latency is near zero, just as it would be with Pro Tools.

ah i just asked this in the ALL GUITARS forum
so you can't set up the GUI control though of eleven in other DAW's correct? love the sounds from eleven, and the GUI and do alot of sessions in cubase 5 still as i learn PT
