Flux Elixir manual?

I finally got Elixir fixed if you've seen my other thread and now I'm trying to learn how to use it. There is no manual in the latest Windows install that I can find and I can't find one online.

Does anyone have a current manual or link they could send me? You can message me here and I'll give an email.
