2021.3 IK plugins - how to download?

I have an active 1yr subscription to Pro Tools (paid annually) so I believe I'm eligible for the IK plugins that come with 2021.3 but I can't seem to find installers for them anywhere. I checked Avid Link and the My Products section of the Avid site and don't see any info anywhere. Has anyone had these show up in their account or am I just missing something (or possibly not eligible)?

I’m not aware of any IK plug-ins that are available with this update. I do know that if you go to avid.com and login, every download is listed that you have access to.

I already had these so I can't speak to their presence in the PT update...

Just an update if anyone else wasn't seeing them, they're now showing up on the My Products tab on Avid's site for me.

I have the regular AT5 and TRacks 5 so these new ones mean zero to me.


Be aware that the IKMM installers install everything on your system whether you have a license asset for them or not. Say you want to load an IKMM plugin on an insert and you look at the TRacks item - you'll see every TRacks plugin there.

Yeah I noticed that after installing. Drives me crazy when developers do this. I always dread UA updates for this exact reason.

On the positive side though, having not used any IK stuff in 10+ years they’ve really come a long way in terms of quality. These plugins sound much better than I expected!

I'm still not seeing them in My Products and pretty sure I have the same subscription as the OP. Did they show up under the Pro Tools tab, or in their own tab (like Melodyne, etc.)?

They showed up in a separate tab like Melodyne for me. Hopefully it gets resolved for you quickly!

Do you guys have Subscription licensing (that stops PT from starting if you stop paying) or are you referring to Support and Update Plan (which is not a subscription)
