Tempo Won't Store
For some reason I am having problems storing Tempos (BPM) in the Snapshots list. I will type in a BPM of X and when I hit Store it reverts the Tempo back to a BPM of Y. What's going on?

Re: Tempo Won't Store
When you hit store it's saving the BPM that is currently set on the console. To change the BPM either recall a snapshot with the new BPM or modify the BPM in Options.
If you're trying to save after entering the BPM, you don't need to. Once it's entered recalling that snapshot will change the BPM.

Re: Tempo Won't Store
Shane's nailed it. There are two ways to associate a tempo with a snapshot:
1. Store a snapshot. This takes the current tempo and stores/updates it with the snapshot. 2. Manually edit the tempo in the tempo field of the snapshots list. Note there's no need to store the snapshot once the edit is made. (In fact, doing so will cause exactly the behavior you describe). Sheldon |
