Default Digidesign CoreAudio Manager

I had some problems with my mac and needed to reinstall osx and the whole apps, including ProTools LE 6.4. I used to have "Digidesign CoreAudio Manager" installed on the Digidesign folder. Instead, now I have installed "Digidesign CoreAudio Setup". How can I get the "Digidesign CoreAudio Manager"? I think it's better than the other one, and I really need it !!!
Thanks everybody.
