New studio with both: PT HD and Logic??

I am designing new facility featuring PT HD rig and Logic along with TC6000. Both platforms should run flawlessly on Mac Pro. On both platforms I would like to get 32ch I/O including AES I/O for TC6000. What I would like to find is best available hardware combo. I lean towards Apogee AD16x/DA16x, I like Aurora16 as well, I have no problem with 192 eather.
I've read many posts about problems with Logic runing Digi's HD engine. Now I am asking myself and you guys what you would do?
I would really like to use Apogee Symphony with AD16x/DA16x as front end for Logic but in that case I can not use Apogee with PT. And than again I have to keep in mind I have only 3 available PCIe slots so I have to concider between HD3 or HD1 and additional interface (Symphony or Lynx AES16 for Aurora16)

At this point in time, regarding the Mac Pro, it's not a matter of problems with Logic runing Digi's HD engine. It's a matter of it simply will not work until an updated version of Logic that fixes the incompatibilities is released. AFAIK, we don't have a time line on that.

So, at the moment, you have two options.

Run Logic natively, and link it to PT, or buy a pre-Intel G5 which will run both.

As far as buying interfaces for PT goes, I wouldn't stray from buying Digidesign 192's. The 192 is a very well designed, and great sounding box, and it performs flawlessly with PT HD. You'll have fewer hassles, and less to worry about.
