PT 12 Hardware requirements

My old computer is starting to bog down and I am planning to upgrade to the following:

HP EliteDesk 800 G3 SFF Business Desktop PC - Intel Quad-Core i7-6700, 128GB SSD + 2TB HDD, 16GB DDR4, Wireless AC + Bluetooth, Type C, Display Port, Windows 10 Professional

Should this be up to running the latest PT version? My only question is if I should get a newer chip - i7-7700 or i7-8700. The hard drive is a 7200 speed.
