Default Structure wierdness

This is on a Mac running 10.6.6 and PT 9.0.3 ....

I have Structure 1.1.09994 in my plugins folder but in the Plugin menu within protools it is shown as "Structure Free"

why is that ???

Trash prefs and databases so Pro Tools has to cache the plugins again on the next start.
