Random Error, missing iLok authorization for "Pro Tools 9"

Let me be more clear on this - can you tell me exactly how the license shows in your iLok account? Is it a single license or a bundled license?

Log in to iLok.com and view the auths on that iLok for Pro Tools - if it shows a bundle, click to view the contents of the bundle and tell me exactly every line item associated with that license.

I need very specific info on the license, so that I can correlate some of what I'm seeing with possible solutions.

I'm sorry. It is a single lic, not a bundle. The only bundle lic I have is my Waves Silver and Sonnox Elite.

Pro Tools HD 8 in bundle Pro Tools HD 9
Pro Tools HD 9 in bundle Pro Tools HD 9 x 2

Apparently, the ilok2 already had the HD 9 in bundle Pro Tools HD 9 license, and I downloaded the same license without knowing and now there's two of them.

When moving from ilok1 to ilok2 or vice-versa, all three are combined. They cannot be separated.

Can you tell me exactly what those look like on your iLok? I need to know each line item in the bundle, what's in each of the columns (Product, Company, Type, Expiration) as well as the name of the bundle itself.

Ok, good to know. Do you have ANY other Pro Tools authorizations on this iLok? And am I correct in understanding that you still get asked for authorization using this iLok with Pro Tools?

No more PT authorizations on this ilok. I do have a pre-existing non-HD PT9 authorization on another ilok.

I'm only asked for authorization when my network card is enabled while using ilok2. I decided to move all of my authorizations back to my ilok1 to avoid this issue. And my non-HD PT9 authorization over to my ilok2.(which I'm not currently using at the moment.)

I am getting these really annoying 9093 9094 errors (clock issue??), but HD Native has been good otherwise. (sorry, that's for another topic...)

I have discovered the same workaround that Aboriginal has: enabling your internet connection simply to launch ProTools in order to get the software to recognize iLok. After ProTools launches, you can disable the internet connection and work normally until the next time you need to launch it.

I'm just saying... Really???

How many sessions have I simply decided to go back to programs that do not place such a barrier for honest clients who purchased theur licences.

Could this be that the offline ilok driver (driversetup.exe) isn't working correctly but the ilok online driver (iLokClientHelperSetup.exe) is working correctly? Have you tried reinstalling the latest driversetup?
