Driver 1.1.1 and firmware 2.0.1 is the latest and greatest, right? My new 11R didn't respond properly at first. Buttons SW1, SW2 and Edit/Back didn't do anything the first 10 minutes or so, but the scroll wheel and control knobs worked fine. Now, everything seems normal.

The latest firmware is 2.0.1.

I don't know about the driver, the version is different depending on what OS you are using. As long as you downloaded the latest one for your OS, that is the latest.

Just wondering, what was the environment the Eleven Rack was shipped in? Meaning, was it in cold weather or very warm weather, such as being in the back of a UPS truck for several hours before delivery and/or left out on the porch for a while before being brought inside?

Did you let the unit acclimate to room temp before plugging it in?

since everything is working now, it could have just been that the unit needed to reach a normal indoor temp.

Or it could have just been that the buttons were so new they needed to be pressed a few times in order to make full contact.

I un-boxed the unit, and let it acclimate for 24+ hours before turning it on.

Everything works smoothly today, so maybe you're right about the buttons having to be pressed a few times. I mean, I've never heard of such a thing with studio gear, or experienced anything similar, but it could be.

Now, for my own peace of mind: there are two red lights and one green light inside the unit that blinks constantly. That's normal, right?
