Help! Digi 002 Rack not recognized

Hi,
I'm using a Win 32-bit Vista machine and just recently my computer decided to stop recognizing my Digi 002 Rack Hardware. There was a recent Windows update that seemed to be the culprit but after uninstalling the update and going to CS10 I'm still not able to connect. I've deleted my pref and db but still, I'm unable to connect. I've disconnected everything, re-connected, and rebooted but still it won't recognize my Digi Hardware. Any suggestions?
