Decomposer Sitala - Mono version disappeared from Pro Tools

I mainly use Sitala and CR8 for drum programming in Pro Tools.

Preferably I like to use Mono versions of samplers which disables panning within the plugin itself, but still lets me use the track pan knobs on the track itself and other Mono Auxs where each separate element are routed to from Sitala.

With the mono version missing, I cannot listen to past work.

What is very strange is that the stereo versions loads into a stereo instrument track just fine and the plug-in is also in the plug-ins folder. But when I open an old session with the mono instance it says that the plug-in is missing even though it exists in the plug-in folder.

I've tried preference trash, workspace reset, and to reinstall the plug-in but no luck. What should I do to sort this out? I have reached out to them. Many thanks :)

EDIT: Just tried using AppCleaner to remove all files related to the plugin and to reinstall and put my license info again. Still only stereo

Hey Tope! Forgive me, the issue only exists with Sitala. Just wanted to provide that info for people to be able to check out those plugins. CR8 seems to not be offered in mono, as I’ve never seen the mono version in Pro Tools.

I have used Mono Sitala in the past and now I cannot hear work made with it in past sessions. This hasn’t happened before.
