Auto tune - tracked Audio data not found

Has anyone else seen this before?
Had my iMac reimaged about a month ago. Reinstalled all my apps, plug-ins, restored my pt sessions from backup. I opened one session where I manually auto tuned in graph mode.

Hi Paul!

Have you already tracked the location appearing on the error message? Are the Audio files still there in tact?

Yes, I located all the AutotunePRO folders in the session. I click, "OK" on the dialogue box and it has me try to locate the folder/file location and click save, which I've done. I've tried all the AutoTune PRO folders but doesn't seem to work.

Since I have a subscription to AT, I created a case, they replied and said to uninstall/reinstall/reactivate AT, which I did, but that didn't work.

Is your Antares Central App. open when you're trying to run Pro Tools?

no it's not. Like I said, I can see all the AutoTune Pro folders that were auto created in the session.

I've opened a case w/ Autotune, and they said uninstall/reinstall AT. Which I did, which didn't work. When I returned to update the case, AT closed the case. I opened a new one on 11/28, and never heard back from them. I opened another one on 12/4 asking about the 11/28 and heard nothing. I think they have support issues at present. Perhaps staffing issues. Don't know.

Aside from redoing the Autotune session (which I mainly use graph and manually tune things as needed, mainly to not make it sound like it's been tuned). I'm not sure what to do. That will be a few hours of work, so I guess I have to slog it out and suck it up.

Interestingly, the only thing I did was upgrade my Mac to 13.6.3 last night. Opened the session one more time and pointed to the specific AutoTune Pro folder AT was complaining about, and oddly it found it and loaded the data. Perhaps it was an issue in directory structor in 13.6.1 or something... Who knows.
