MAC freezes when quit PT and use Autotune

MAC freezes when quit PT and use Autotune

Everytime I quit PT after using Antares Autotune (V 2.14) in a Session, my Computer freezes completely. After restart everything works fine, also closing/opening Sessions is ok. This is really anoying. Does anyone have an idea?

My System:
G4 450DP, OS 9.04, PT 5.01, D24, DSP-Farm, ATTO Dual-SCSI
