Help with Acer Aspire 5930G. PTLE 8.

Hi.

I have experienced the usual 9092 - 9094 error. I have read through a few posts here and noticed several things, but I am just an intermediate Pc user, so I am not certain in what concrete things I should do.

One thing I have done is that I bought myself an external HD (7200rpm)(it has not arrived yet) that may be linked to the eSATA port. Does this work? Should I install PT on this drive or is it just important that I save on the external drive?

Are there any other things I should do? I'm not sure whether my laptop is supported or not, but I think it should be good enough.
