First time using PTLE - No sound on click track
While I bought PTLE a while ago (version 7.1 with an MBox), I'm just starting to teach myself it now. I just created a click track (as per the first exercise in _ProTools for Musicians and Songwriters_) and I can't hear it on playback. What do I set the MBox to (mic, line or inst), and which way should the knobs be cued towards, if that makes any difference for a click track. Should the mono light be on?
Speakers are on, computer volume is up high (I have a Mac G4 Powerbook (not Intel)). Suggestions for why I can't hear the track, and what to do about it? |
