Synchronizing PT with Cubase (Mac - PC)

I tried about everything with no luck!
I am trying to Sync my Mac (PTLE) with my PC (Cubase SX).
I succeeded to make Cubase starting when pressing play in Pro Tools. But it
starts a bit late and I cannot change the tempo.
Some of you may know what to do.
